Keepsake upgrades are optional: the North Pole Experience set adds a matching envelope and an Official Nice List certificate for $4.99, and Santa’s Workshop adds a one-of-a-kind letter written by Santa’s helpers.
Do I need an account to make a letter?
No. You can make and send a letter without an account: we email the print-ready PDF to the address you enter. Sign in with a free account and you also get an instant download, with every letter saved to your keepsakes to reprint whenever you need another copy.
What do I need to print it?
Any home printer and a sheet of US Letter paper. The letter arrives as a print-ready PDF sized to print beautifully at home: no special paper, inks, or trimming required.
Can Santa’s helpers write the letter for me?
Yes. On the Santa’s Workshop tier, share a few details about your child and Santa’s helpers write a one-of-a-kind letter, which you can refine until it reads just right. A pack covers up to 25 letters and refinements; you can also hand-edit any line yourself for free, as much as you like.
Can I make letters for more than one child?
